Lions have always fascinated me ever since visiting Lion Country Safari in California as a young boy.  Today, having been on many lion safaris in Africa, I have come to admire their traits that have made them symbols of strength, loyalty and courage. Beating the odds of survival in the wild, this male has sharpened his skills over the years and today proudly displays all the characteristics that will one day allow him to reign over a pride of his own and enjoy all the privileges of a king.
