Those cool, pale whites sliding across their thick skin, catching on folds, shoulders, and faces. Against the warm earth and brown water, those lighter tones feel almost like a breath of air. The mud is messy and heavy, but the light makes the scene feel calm. Two ancient-looking animals simply being there, close together, sharing the same space.
